Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. It must also be in the original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There will be no returns on hand sanitizer, masks face shields and disinfectant spray.
The following changes were made to our return policy effective April 7th, 2021 You will be able to make your returns upon store opening. During COVID 19 Store Closures we will not accept returns, including if the product was purchased using Curb Side Pickup during the closure.
